Which teams are waiting on which other teams, based on unresolved issue links.

A dependency is a link of the chosen type (Blocks by default) between two open issues that belong to different teams. Links inside one team, and links where either side is done, are ignored.

Tiles: cross-team dependencies, overdue (the blocker or the waiting issue is past its due date), teams involved.

Chart: per team, how many issues it is waiting on and how many it is blocking.

Who waits on whom: rows wait on columns; each cell is how many open issues of the column team block the row team, with an overdue count.

List: up to 100 pairs, overdue first: waiting issue and team, blocking issue and team.

Linked issues outside the scope are looked up (up to 400) so their team is known. With a team filter, a dependency is kept when either side belongs to a selected team.
