Terms of Use (End User Licence)

Licence

Subject to payment of the applicable fees through the Atlassian Marketplace, Mortise Apps grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on the Atlassian Cloud sites for which it is licensed.

Fees and billing

Fees are set on the Marketplace listing and billed by Atlassian under Atlassian's terms. Sites with up to 10 users are free.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell or use the app to violate Atlassian's terms or applicable law.

Support and availability

Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis within one business day. Apps run on Atlassian Forge; availability follows Atlassian's platform.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Uninstalling the app ends the licence. We may terminate for material breach.
