Who we are

Mortise Apps ("we") publishes apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, including TeamLens for Jira. Contact: support@mortiseapps.com.

What our apps process

Our Atlassian apps run on Atlassian Forge inside Atlassian's infrastructure. TeamLens reads Jira issue data (issue keys, the Team field, story point fields) and Atlassian Teams data (team name, description, member count) to render gadgets, panels and JQL results. All processing happens within your Atlassian site and within the permissions of the user viewing the data.

What we store

TeamLens version 1 stores no data. The app declares no external network access, so no customer data is transmitted to us or to third parties. If a future version needs storage (for example a per-user team cache), it will use Atlassian's Forge hosted storage inside your tenancy and this policy will be updated first.

Data we receive outside the app

Atlassian shares with Marketplace vendors the contact details of the person who installs or evaluates an app, and site-level licence information, for billing and support. Emails you send to our support address are retained for support history.

This site is static and sets no tracking cookies. Hosting provider logs may record IP addresses for security purposes.

Your rights

You can uninstall any app at any time from Jira administration. Contact us to access or delete support correspondence.
