| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Gadget says "Atlassian Team field not found on this site" | The Team field is not available on the site or is hidden from the viewer | Ask a Jira admin to check Settings, Issues, Custom fields for the Team field and add it to screens |
| Gadget shows only a "(no team)" row | Issues in the filter have no Team value | Set Team on issues, or check that the JQL targets the right projects |
| "No story points field found" | Metric is Story points but no story points field exists | Switch to Issue count or add the Story point estimate / Story Points field |
| Search failed (400) | The JQL is invalid | Test the JQL in the issue navigator first |
| Too many issues | Filter matches more than 5,000 issues | Narrow the JQL |
teamIn(): no team matched ... | Typo, or the team was created seconds ago | Check the exact name under Teams; wait a few minutes after creating a team |
Members column shows - | Team lookup failed or the viewer cannot see the team | Harmless; the counts are still correct |
| Panel says "Loading team" forever | Browser blocked the Forge iframe | Disable strict tracking protection for *.atlassian.net, reload |
| JQL functions not in autocomplete | App just installed | Reload the page; Jira caches function lists briefly |
